- You are both a door-opener and a business-closer - understanding and executing on the principle that the more you self-source leads the more success you will have
- You understand the whole buyer journey. In particular what this means for your sales funnel metrics, and which levers to pull to address drop-offs in any stage of your pipeline
Operate analytically
- You’re interested in and understand how to make decisions based on your own performance data
- You’re able to experiment with your approach to all of your activities - both external and internal; AB testing all elements of your sales tactics & strategy and collaborative skills to understand how to work most effectively as part of a high performing sales team
