Hiring Process’s
Our hiring process is designed to evaluate candidates thoroughly and fairly with 0 bias. We strive to ensure that our recruitment process is transparent and that candidates receive timely feedback at every step. We follow a well-defined recruitment process for all Business roles, with some variations for lead roles.
- Chat with our Talent Partner: During this chat, we provide candidates with information about our company's history, goals, and the specific role they applied for. This is an opportunity for the candidate to learn more about us and for us to learn more about the candidate, including their professional background, skills, and motivation for applying to the role.

💡 We encourage candidates to prepare beforehand by researching our company's tools and values. This will help them understand what we are looking for in a potential employee and how they can best align their skills and experience with our needs.

- Take-Home Assignment: The next step in our hiring process is a take-home assignment. This assignment is specific to the role and takes a maximum of two hours to complete. It is designed to assess the candidate's skills in action and to see how they approach problems related to the role they are applying for.
- Technical Interview: After the take-home assignment, candidates move on to the technical interview, where they meet with their direct manager. During this interview, we deep dive into the results of their assignment and their experience. We ask specific questions related to the role and evaluate their ability to perform the duties required.
- Final round with Leadership: For some roles, we conduct a last interview to assess the candidate's soft skills. During this round, we give the candidate time to ask questions and assess their communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. This final round is an opportunity for the candidate to show their personality and demonstrate their fit with our company culture.
