We love being a remote company and all the advantages it brings us. We also realise how much value there is in in-person interactions. That's why we organize 2 team retreats per year to get as many team members as possible in one physical location for a couple of days.
💳 $1,500 Learning, Visiting & Wellbeing Budget
With this budget, we are able to travel to co-work with your team. The people and operations team scheduled a team meet-up in Berlin using this budget! You can read more about how the team uses this budget here.
📆 Weekly Kick-Off Meeting
Each Monday we have a kick-off meeting with the whole company. This allows us to connect with each other, get news and updates about the company, and make sure our efforts stay aligned.

Slack is our virtual office, where we not only continuously communicate about what we're working on, but we also make space for non-work-related chatter:
Our #social-random channel is used to send articles or just throw in some random thoughts we have throughout the day. Some might call it “office chatter”
