〰 Growth isn't linear - it's squiggly!
- Everyone is different and has different passions and motivators - we believe in playing to your strengths, so you can be the best in what you do.
- You have a choice. You can continue to grow your career at Learnerbly and never be a people manager if you don't want to be one.
- The key difference between the two pathways is how you spend the majority of your time.
- Growth and progression is not about how high up the manager chain you can go, our specialist path has the majority of levelling as our Manager path.
Growth Tracks:

🧭 Manager [MG]
- At least 60% of your time is spent developing, coaching and leading high performing teams.
- You deliver impact through people development.
- This means you can still be delivering project/tasks and still be managing people if 60% of your time is on developing and coaching others.
