Our first introduction to each other (30 minute talent screen)
A deeper exploration of how you work (60 minute interview with 2 members of the team)
Getting to know the team (60 minute interview with 2 members of the team)
Working Task (Paid up to 5 hours, and often with a 1 hour presentation/discussion)
Coffee Meets ☕️ (2 to 3, 30 minute conversations)
Exec Meet (30 to 60 minute conversation)
Contract finalisation!
