Oyster is using Juno to give our team access to a marketplace platform that lets them take control of their benefits! It’s simple to use and gives a lot of flexibility to make their life better inside and outside of work.
Each month, Oyster will top up our team member’s Juno wallet with their wellbeing allowance. This comes in the form of Juno Points. The points don’t have an expiration date, so they can save them up or spend them all each month - it’s entirely up to them!
Once they have points in your wallet, they can spend them on a variety of things that are offered on the platform, use the Juno Virtual card to make their own purchases, or request Reimbursements if they paid for the services/products themselves.
You can get pretty much anything that your heart desires! Juno offers a wide array of options for spending your points:
Browse products across multiple categories, directly from their store. The categories are wide in scope, ranging from self-care and learning to fitness and nutrition.

If you can’t find something suitable on the platform, the Juno Card allows you to make your well-being purchases. Your Juno Card is directly tied to your Juno wallet and it automatically converts your points to a viable currency.
Juno Cards don’t support direct debit payments, and there are certain limitations to not having a physical card you can use in your local Gym for example. This is where the Reimbursements system gives us the flexibility to customize our benefits.
If you are paying for a service or product that falls under well-being, you can request reimbursement by filling out a form.
