🖤 It’s nice to give a nod to things like offsites, just as Monito do on their handbook. It doesn’t have to be huge depth as you can see, but a simple idea of when you get together, why, and what that means to your business is very useful to applicants.

For our off-sites, we usually spend three winter days together in the mountains, packed with a lot of fun activities, good food, one or two workshops focused on our company culture and a Founder's AMA session.
