🖤 We love that Checkly share some insight into what’s inspired their approach to pay calculation, but go deep on how they do it. For anyone who is looking to tackle this in their own business this page should give you a heap of insight and inspiration yourself to take steps to tackle it too. Employees care more about knowing how their pay is decided and calculated than what others are being paid.
