As a company, we want to support new parents as much as possible during this exciting time, which is why we offer paid parental leave for every employee (FTE & EoR) who is for 12 months with the company and birth leave for every employee (FTE & EoR) who has 6 months’ service with Linearity at the 15th week before the expected week of childbirth.
We offer up to 6 months of full paid leave (we pay the difference from the state parental allowance to the monthly salary), when you become a parent through birth or adoption, regardless of gender, location or family circumstances. If you would like to take longer than 6 months off for parental leave, you will be able to take this as unpaid leave.
If your country's statutory amount is higher than the above policy, you will always be entitled to the full amount of your local regulations.
The partner (if you are not the one giving birth) is entitled to 6 months’ paid birth leave (not per child in the case of multiple births). Leave must be taken in 1 block of 6 months or 2 blocks of 3 months of the birth of the baby/babies and you are required to give Linearity 15 weeks’ notice of the dates on which you wish to take your leave.
