Performance Indicators

â At Learnerbly, we use performance indicators to build a trend of how weâre performing in our current role.

We take multiple pulses checks across the year (12 in fact!) to build a continuous picture and trend of performance.

This means your livelihood and reward package isn't going to be negatively impacted by a one-off undesired indicator.

Indicators are
- Like a fitbit (an activity tracker)...
- ...Designed to build trends
- Telling you how youâre doing at a given point in time so you can be aware and improve
- Fluid, they evolve
- Data-led, from multiple sources

These indicators may not be the same, e.g. one indicator could be âMeeting Most Expectationsâ for Capabilities another could be âExceeding Most Expectationsâ for Values.

Definitions
- All = fully, consistently, repeatedly, habitually. Possibly always (weâre human after all!)
- Most = often, regularly, much of the time, as a general rule. But not as much as âallâ
- Some = typically, on occasion, sometimes. Not regular enough as âmostâ
