Perks and benefits — like product features — are an investment. What we invest in should depend on who we want to attract and retain. We want excellent performers, so we won't settle for mediocre rewards.
Below you can see a full overview of all perks and benefits that we offer. Our goal is not to have the best offering (although we certainly want to compete with other start- and scaleups) — it’s to create the most purposeful offering for Juro.

☝️ Note that:
- While often regarded as a benefit, share options (”equity”) form part of our compensation package and can be found in our handbook under ‣.
- We consider flexible working as part of our team environment rather than as a benefit. Read more by heading to Choice-first work.
- Our London hub also offers what many would consider perks in the form of free fitness classes, access to co-working spaces across the city, free breakfasts etc.
- Some locations where we can offer employment may have local benefits that are not listed on this page. Please ask the People team directly if you have questions.
- If you expense a taxable benefit, Juro does not cover the tax. This means that the net amount reimbursed may be lower than the gross expense you submitted.
- If you are a contractor with Juro, go to ‣ for more information on how your work relationship with the company is structured and what you can access.
- Click on each card below to read more about each item. We make a distinction between perks (meant to help someone perform better) and benefits (meant to supplement someone’s compensation package).
- GBP and EUR budgets are converted from USD exchange rates, which are approved and reviewed by the Finance team on an annual basis. If a perk or benefit uses a self-serve allowance, use the currency that you are ordinarily paid in.
