<aside> 💡 Reminder: there is no one-size fits all approach, so we can’t copy & paste ways of working from another organisation. What works for one team may not be the right fit for yours, and the solution is for each team to discover through experimentation what works for them.

Open Org filled this template with useful subject / business areas so that you can add/remove sections as you see fit - don't feel pressured to have to fill out every section. They also used real-life examples from other handbooks for you to use as inspiration.
**Murmur* | Incredible software
A collaborative platform where teams create, test, scale, and share working agreements. Murmur gives everyone the power to make work better by making collaborative decisions and agreements. For team agreements, this is the best software out there.
**User Manuals for Teams* | Template
If you don’t have one already, your team would really benefit from a user manual. Life at work is a lot easier when our colleagues know how we work best and when we know how our colleagues work best. So getting really clear about how you can best work together is a wonderful idea.
