What is career progression at Juro?


Career progression at Juro is the movement of employees inside Juro (”internal mobility”). based on milestones (”levels”). There are 3 routes by which a Juror can contribute to the company’s mission:

Every Juror is assigned a level when they join the company, as stated on their offer letter. We visualise career progression at Juro in the framework below:
