For more on working from home vs office, head to Choice-first work.
We are committed to the mobility of our team. This includes offering a number of pathways to working with us from a multitude of locations and countries.
Working in another country can have unintended consequences for you. So we ask you to take personal responsibility for your decisions when you’re planning an (extended) workation, offsite or looking to relocate for the longer term.
If you are looking for information about the process of relocation specifically, read this page first to check if you are eligible.
For questions, please contact the People team.
You can work as an employee from anywhere inside a country where Juro has a hub (with exceptions for roles where physical proximity to one of our hubs is a must, e.g. Office Manager).
Outside these hub countries, you can work with Juro as a contractor if you and your destination country meets our requirements below.
You must speak with your ExCo leader + the People team + our General Counsel before considering a move (regardless whether it’s a short-term workation or a long-term relocation).
Your contractual agreement and benefits you have access to will differ depending on where you work from and the nature of the work you deliver for Juro. There are 3 types of agreement at Juro currently:
