In order to keep things fair, we don’t negotiate. When we send you an offer, the pay is according to our calculator. This way we maintain equity within the team.
If you accept our offer, we have to complete background checks (criminal record) for every new raccoon in countries that allow us to do so, for compliance purposes because we handle sensitive customer data. To do this, we use a third-party provider called veremark.
Our People and Operations team will reach out to you 1 month before you start to set you up with equipment and Checkly Swag. We also open up the communication to ensure that no questions are left unasked!
About 1 week before you start, we send over instructions for logging on during your first day. As well as an FAQ on what to expect during your first days at Checkly.
On your first day, you’ll receive a personalized document that walks you through goals, expectations and your first tasks. You’ll also be assigned an onboarding buddy for any specific questions. We’re here to make sure you feel supported and set up for success from day one.
