We are so excited for you to join us for our learning workshop - how to have a performance snapshot conversation. This space is just for you — Managers & Leaders won’t know your actor briefs in advance!
Pre-work
- Please read all the pages below so you can familiarise yourselves with the brief and how the session will flow.
- Please assign yourselves to our characters [Loz, Joz, Lou, Max, Sydney, Al]
- All actors please learn Al in case you have space to run through another scenario in your 90mins of practice rounds (probably not, but just in case!)
- We have time on <date> to talk through any questions you might have

Framework
Part 1 - 60mins - Learning
We have 60mins of learning time. Lauren will lead the session, and 2 actors (Loz & Joz) will run the scenes.

Part 2 - 90mins - Practice rounds
- We have 90 mins of practice time. 30 mins per ‘character’ (Lou/Max/Sydney) working in groups of 3 managers/leaders at a time, where they also can offer feedback on the spot.
- The most valuable part of this session is the feedback from YOU, our wonderful actors, so our managers/leaders can practice in a safe way, before their own performance conversations with their team members the following week.
- The managers/leaders will stay in their breakout rooms - actors move across rooms as their character.
