🖤 We’ve seen some great examples of how companies detail their Maternity / Paternity and wider parental policies but we really love Remote’s. They go into real depth on explaining what parental leave is, their policy, eligibility and even return to work information. Don’t forget so many people are new to parenthood and don’t know a thing about how this works. So go deeper than just mentioning what your leave is enhanced or not enhanced by and go that extra mile to help. Sharing it publicly like this will show every parent and potential parent just how much Remote cares about parents, family, and their attitude towards looking after employees in this very emotional and challenging time!
