🎯 Our goal with this project

- Our current values date back to 2017, when we were about 10 people. 😅
- We liked the sentiment behind them, but they’re not exactly clear, actionable or scalable - aka not fit for purpose.
- Something needed to evolve for our team to thrive, our business to grow, and our people to belong.

- Our elevated values will reflect future changes needed for our next phase of growth.
